City Paper magazine in Tallinn, Estonia, which is run by Birmingham News reporter Stan Diel’s brother Scott, has occasional need for freelancers. The English-language magazine focuses on news, politics and features in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, but on occasion runs stories that could be reported from the United States.
