We had our best turnout yet for Monday night’s mixer at Bottletree, with nearly 30 media professionals in attendance: freelancers, marketers, writers, photographers, new media specialists, editors, producers. (And yes, a grand total of six refugees from the Birmingham Post-Herald, RIP.)
The weather was gorgeous, and the band did its very loud soundcheck three hours early. No matter, as we headed to the patio for lovely evening.
